Position Purpose
The Enrollment Systems and Data Analyst provides objective, timely data analysis to inform decision-making and facilitate planning for the Guarini School. They will ensure data is compliant, accessible, understandable, and provides strategic oversight and coordination for the submission and analysis of surveys and reports. They will work independently to manage admission and enrollment program systems and processes, serve as the SLATE Captain, and maintain and update the admissions system to ensure it is used to its potential. They will also support data integrations between SLATE and various systems Dartmouth systems, including Axiom, Banner, and others.
Required Qualifications - Education and Yrs Exp
Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- 4 years of proven experience with data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Ability to quickly become proficient in Technolutions SLATE applications.
- Demonstrated skill in data management and data analysis.
- Previous experience as Slate Captain.
- Basic to advanced report writing and querying skills or demonstrated aptitude to learn.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and proven ability to analyze data to support business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to information accuracy.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly developed degree of confidentiality, tact, judgment, and initiative.
- Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Technolutions SLATE experience.
