COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Headquartered in Flushing New York, We continue to grow our hospitality portfolio with over 10 brands currently running in the major city sectors spread across New York City, Los Angeles, and Boston.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Brand / Marketing Manager manages and executes robust marketing & branding efforts for our multiple brands. The Brand / Marketing Manager will also be involved in pre-opening marketing efforts, also work closely with other marketing contractors, design firms, and creative teams. The Brand / Marketing Manager is an expert at identifying the right messaging / content and amplifying it across touchpoints. Responsibilities include:
Digital / Social
- Website: Content management
- Search Engine Marketing
- Social Media: content creation on property, influencer activations, and content calendars
- Social Media: Guide Content Shoots, shot lists, on-property coordination
- Own and Update guest-facing touchpoints to ensure new & accurate information updated across platforms: Collateral and digital
- Content Management of all assets on Box
Partnerships & Packaging
- Lead Seasonal Package Campaigns, partner with restaurant Mgmt as needed on the offer and work with Ops to align on execution and SOP
- Source prospective local marketing partnerships
- Develop recap for successful events, promotions, and partnerships
- Generate new ongoing package ideas to drive sales and/or press
Creative Services / Communications
- Execute/manage graphic design needs with agency or graphic designer for both web and print (i.e. event flyers, social media content, presentation updates, etc.)
- Execute sourcing / ordering Collateral, Swag, and Promo Items
Restaruant Programming
- Ideate and execute new ideas, and partner with restaruant management to ensure is promoted to target audience
- Assistance with on-going programming when needed (#event, holidays, Pop-Ups)
- Maintain talking points for restaruant programming to share with crew members
Public Relations
- Media and Influencer Stays: Coordinate offerings, personalized amenities and restaruant experiences
- Photoshoots/Filming Requests: Vet and compile asks from agencies. Assist with on-property shoots
- Press material updates and distribution
Competitive Research
Research new opportunities to grow marketing efforts. Specifically, identify:
- Digital: Culturally relevant offers, promotions, influencer lists, and content
- Partnerships/Programming: events and collaborations
- Neighborhood/NYC Happenings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Marketing: 1 years (Required)
Hospitality experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Social media marketing: 2 years (Required)
Branding: 2 years (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
