What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Specialist position at Dassault Falcon Jet?
The Purchasing Specialist will draft and negoiate purchasing agreements, conduct RFP's, RFQ's and contract negotiations with suppliers for completion activities for the purpose of reducing costs. In this role, you will work with suppliers in the management of developments of new products, to resolve disputes with suppliers, and you will be the primary point of contact for suppliers at Dassault Falcon Jet (DFJ).

- Conducts RFP's, RFQ's, and contract negotiations to reduce the costs of materials and supports RFI's, RFQ's, and RFP's initiated previously.
- Partner with our legal team for development of contracts and agreements.
- Ensure that suppliers meet their contractual obligations, negotiates recovery plans and financial damages.
- Works with departments to ensure that supplier constraints are understood and taken into account.
- Documents and reolves disputes with suppliers.
- Sources alternative vendors for purchasing and operating cost savings.
