The Opportunity

DAT is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager - Broker to join our dynamic marketing team in Denver, CO or Beaverton, OR. In this new role, the Senior Demand Generation Manager will plan and deliver B2B marketing campaigns, measure engagement and funnel creation across channels, and ensure we create content and experiences for our broker segment at every stage of the funnel.

This role is perfect for a talented Demand Gen marketer who will relish the challenge of building an inbound and outbound marketing engine with a direct impact on building our broker segment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage full-funnel, omni-channel B2B campaigns that drive qualified leads and a predictable pipeline
  • Work collaboratively across product marketing, sales, creative services, and key stakeholders to deliver and execute an integrated inbound and outbound demand generation strategy
  • Deeply understand the broker market and identify targeted segments for personalized acquisition, nurturing, and engagement, improving conversion rates throughout the funnel
  • Identify and evaluate the appropriate mix of assets to influence our target market and work closely across marketing to ensure timely, high quality, engaging content to support our integrated campaigns
  • Use analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement of campaign success metrics
  • Manage campaign planning, budgeting, reporting, and priorities; recommend and implement process, workflow, and campaign changes
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and communication to ensure execution of marketing plans that align with the broader corporate strategies and plans

The Skills and Experience You'll Bring

  • 8 years of Marketing experience, including 4 years in B2B SaaS demand generation preferred
  • Extensive experience in creating and executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns using tactics that include SEO, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, events, PPC, paid and organic social.
  • Excels at working collaboratively across functions and forging productive relationships with stakeholders in product marketing, creative services, sales, and others
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot), Salesforce, and other marketing technology tools.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple, competing projects and drive cross-functional alignment.

(Colorado only) In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $90,000.00 benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience.
