SAP S/4HANA BRIM Functional SME

Data-Core Systems a consulting, services and digital transformation solution provider helping businesses reshape their future with cutting-edge technologies and services, has an immediate opening for a SAP S/4HANA BRIM Functional SME in the Consulting Services Division.

Essential Functions: 

• At least 5 projects experience for implementation of BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Contract accounts (FICA). 
• Must have a strong understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities across SOM, CC and CI-Billable items management-Creating and monitoring billable items FICA- AP/AR and Dunning Processes.
• Must have knowledge on Scheduling Billing and Invoicing, Billing process configuration for selection, grouping and aggregation, Invoicing process, Execution, Process configuration, invoicing and billing reversal, CC and CI integration, Customization of events in CI and FICA, Invoice outputs from CI. 
• SAP BRIM FICA Finance and Contract Accounting working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and implement a FICA in SAP BRIM. 
• FICA configuration experience of Main /Sub , Payment hierarchy, Clearing rules, Dunning, Security Deposits, Payment Clearings, Open item management, Tax, Installment plans, Returns, Refund Process ,Write offs. 
• BRIM Contract accounting FICA Good exposure to SAP FICA implementation with end to end deep know knowledge of Invoicing, FICA to FIAR integration, payment run, mass run configuration and scheduling Good exposure to FICA functions and enhancements. 
• Good Exposure to prepaid and postpaid configuration Good Exposure to troubleshooting errors with BIT generation and processing Good exposure to integration with tax systems, government requirements and non SAP systems 
• Professional Attributes : Good Communication skills 
• Educational Qualification : Software Engineer, Post graduation in finance 
• Additional Information : Understanding of Convergent Invoicing and Subscription order management Good exposure to SAP FICO. 

Additional beneficial skills include:

• ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules
• Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects
• ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
• Provide daily and hourly direction and support to the IT Team as assigned
• Work with the business departments’ staff and determine priorities and schedules for the work to be performed
• Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned
• Utilizes various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties
• Performs related duties as assigned Minimum Experience

Required Education and Experience

• SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) system functional support experience: 5 years of experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or closely related field. 
• 1 successful SAP BRIM implementation experience in an SAP S/4 HANA landscape. 
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint 
• Proficient in Microsoft Project. 
• Implementation experience for a tolling back office or for a large-scale call center based back office 
• ServiceNow Experience in PPM and ITSM modules 
• ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies 
• 5 years of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) system functional support experience.
  

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
