Job Responsibilities
- Administer assessments and write clear and relevant goals for client development.
- Supervise, motivate, and train staff to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Provide consultation to parents, guardians, IEP teams, and behavior technicians to facilitate effective treatment plans.
- Respond promptly and professionally to communications regarding client or company-related issues.
- Prepare client progress reports with recommendations for future goals to track and support individual growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an ABA Case Manager or Supervisor.
- Master's Degree in a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience (preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
