The Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for the Emerald “Customer Experience” for one or more specific customer accounts. This person is responsible for the development and execution of the Account Strategy.
In this role, you will coordinate with the Program Management & Executive Teams to drive growth and financial performance of the business unit. This includes establishing and managing a long-term strategic partnership between EMERALD and the customer(s) that delivers the growth and profit objectives, defining and expanding Emerald’s value proposition, and understanding the customer’s own strategic objectives. The leader drives how Emerald contributes to success in those areas, ensuring customer satisfaction, understanding the competitive environment, and mapping all key stakeholders and ensuring relationships are created and maintained with each of them. Requires the use of sales force automation tools such as Insightly (CRM) and sales/account management to plan, track and report status and progress.
