Job description
The Servicing Training Coordinator is responsible to promote team member growth and development. They will be responsible for evaluating training needs, creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, assessment and quizzes. Consult with business leaders to deliver new hire training and approved curriculum to staff level employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
- Consult with other managers, and leadership to track and compile collected data.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
- Create training strategies and initiatives.
- Create training material and maintain a database of all training materials within training resource center.
- Deliver employee training and new hire onboarding for new Servicing team members.
- Develop assessments and quizzes to be rolled out consistently.
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules.
- Track training completion and compiles monthly reporting
Education and Experience
- Two years training experience is preferred
- Bachelors or relevant experience in the field
- Mortgage servicing knowledge preferred
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
- Ability to communicate effectively – both in written and verbal form.
- Desire to take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain professional even under strenuous situations.
- Be able to take ownership of an issue.

Computer and Equipment Skills:
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

REASONING and MENTAL ABILITIES
- Uses critical thinking skills to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and analytical reasoning to identify patterns in servicing
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
- Vision (with or without correction) sufficient to read a computer screen at 20 inches and to operate office equipment or a car
- Clear speaking on the telephone and in person; hearing within normal ranges in noise environments typical of office
- Able to sit for long periods of time at computer or other work station and in meetings
- Able to finger and feel in order to use equipment, computers and operate equipment
- Able to lift 10 pounds occasionally unassisted
