Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing: Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, analyze demand patterns, and collaborate with the Demand Planning team to optimize stock levels and minimize stock-outs.
3. Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze order and inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Order Accuracy: Conduct regular audits to ensure order accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to prevent future errors.
7. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve order fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and increase customer satisfaction.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Production, to align strategies and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of order transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions. Generate reports and provide insights to management on order fulfillment performance.
10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards related to order fulfillment and inventory management.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
