Title: Mainframe Developer/Programmer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Research Triangle Park, Durham, NC
Interview Type: Either Webcam Interview or In Person
Required/Desired Skill
- Experience in Software development and debugging using Mainframe technologies such as Cobol, CICS, JCL, DB2, TSO, VSAM Required 10 Years
- Hands on experience in Programming using DB2(Z/OS), DB2 SQLs, Stored procedures Required 7 Years
- Experience with source code management tool like Endevor Required 7 Years
- Experience with QMF, SPUFI, and FILEAID/CA-tools. Required 5 Years
- Extensive experience in debugging COBOL/DB2 application code using tools like XPEDITOR/CA-Intertest Required 5 Years
- Experience with X/PTR(reporting tool) Required 4 Years
- Experience with Zeke or similar job scheduler tools Required 5 Years
- Experience with structured system development methodologies such as agile (preferred), waterfall Required 5 Years
- Experience in understanding and gathering business requirements, reviewing specifications, developing test cases, and performing unit/system testing Required 7 Years
- Excellent written and presentation skills using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) Required 5 Years
- Ability to develop good working relationships/partnerships with clients Required 5 Years
- Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-IT business users Required 5 Years
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills Required 5 Years
- Participate in on-call support for nightly batch processes Required 2 Years
