Job Summary:
The integrated project manager is responsible for collaborating with technology and business team members to launch new applications and enhancements in the eCommerce and Digital Marketing space.
Essential Job Functions:
• Determines and defines project scope and objectives
• Creates and maintain project plans and status reports
• Identifies efficient work breakdown structure for project
• Acts as the single point of contact for project and project interdependencies across applications
• Coordinates across dependent working teams to hit project milestones
• Acts as a client point of contact for assigned projects
• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about status, adjustments, and progress to FordDirect and key stakeholders
• Identifies project blockers and determine plans to mitigate
• Coordinates with application managers on getting development prioritized in releases plan
• Manages project issue defect escalations
• Ensures successful product deployment through environments including functional, load, accessibility, metrics, and performance testing
• Acts as key point of contact for Quality Assurance teams
• Manages process compliance and definition
• Maintains central view of all upcoming activities for project via JIRA/Rally
• Structures and facilitate client and working team member meetings as needed
• Coordinates with other PMs on related projects
• Conducts Go/No go meetings with clients prior to consumer launches
Minimum Qualifications & Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in one or more of the following; Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management
• Must have at least 5 years of experience managing IT projects
• Must have demonstrated experience successfully scoping, planning and driving business development initiatives in both waterfall and agile management methodologies.
General Requirements:
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Office tools including MS Project
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to contextually communicate with both business and technology teams
• Experience working with Issue Management system and knowledge repository (Atlassian JIRA and Confluence skills preferred)
• Ability to prioritize issues with business effectively
• Must be willing to flex work hours accordingly to support application launches and manage production outages if necessary

* AEM experience a plus
