We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Siemens / NX, with the ability to work with precision tools and equipment.
Duties
- Develop CNC programs using software like CATIA
- Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes
- Perform quality checks using micrometers, bore gauges, and other measuring tools
- Interpret engineering drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
- Ensure adherence to lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize machining processes
Skills
- Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Knowledge of machining techniques and tooling
- Familiarity with GD&T principles
- Experience with lathe operations
- Ability to work with precision measuring instruments like micrometers and bore gauges
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
