Job Description


We are looking for someone who is excited to lead our enterprises to success, build solid relationships, and has determination to push through complex situations of the renewal business.

What you will do:

  • Focus on building and maintaining healthy relationships with our current enterprises throughout their term and manage renewals within those accounts

  • Collaborate with other DataStax team members to help solve problems for our enterprises

  • Meticulous understanding of each account and their health status

  • Manage escalations and drive results to benefit both the enterprise and DataStax

  • Manage all the relevant contractual agreements

Your experience should include:

  • Renewals experience

  • Demonstrate an attitude of How and where can I add value?

  • Understand how to be proactive to meet deadlines within company policies without negatively impacting the working relationship with our enterprises.

  • Demonstrate building relationships in a way that is not only transactional but most importantly building up partnership

  • Understand the relationship value and need with enterprises due to size, territory, volume and complexity
