Tech Culture Enablement Leader Role:
This leader should have a background in program management, deep change management expertise, strong execution capabilities, great collaboration skills and a track record of building strong business partnerships and alignment. This role is for you if you are passionate about bringing to life culture and engagement related programs that allow our teams to move fast and be autonomous!
You will:
- Reinvent op mechs, agendas, communication channels (such as newsletters) and regular cadences so that information cascades from the CTO through to teams in a seamless way, while fostering collaboration and transparency.
- Track, measure and drive change around Tech's people management processes to include: tracking HC/pod make-up with our Finance BP both for FTEs and contractors; enable prioritizing and sequencing of hiring with the Tech LT; identifying and partnering with TA to assist with the recruiting process as needed.
- Own Tech's OKR process to include defining quarterly OKRs and tracking progress to ensure that teams are delivering against stated deliverables. Where there are barriers, partner with Delivery to unblock teams.
- Build a process and report out on how we balance our Tech team investments (e.g. KTLO and RTB); work with the Tech leadership team to drive change to these investments as needed
- Partner on engagement/DX survey results to own and drive projects which will preserve our culture and drive engagement, e.g. collaboration, preserving non-meeting time, training, hackathons, DEI goals etc.
- Identify and resolve issues in key processes that involve our Tech team e.g. onboarding and interviewing, and partner with other stakeholders and functions to drive change.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in a Tech Program Manager/leadership role in high-growth Tech companies driving complex programs.
- BA/BS degree highly desired, Program Management or PMP certification a plus.
- Ability to kickstart multi-org complex programs and drive delivery of quality outcomes with speed.
- Ability to skillfully use data to drive challenging discussions, align disparate teams on program outcomes and communicate program progress, outcomes and risks.
- Natural change agent who combines emotional intelligence with interpersonal skills to establish trust and lead change
- Excellence in communication and execution working across the organization to drive successful outcomes.
- Highly collaborative leader with a track record of building effective cross-functional teams and relationships
- Comfortable leading under new, ambiguous and/or changing conditions with proven problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
