Assistant Project Coordinator will perform a wide variety of projects and administrative functions in support of a mature Recycling/Reclamation/ITAD line of business. This position requires proficiency in the full range of project management services and functions as well as specific technical knowledge and expertise in the services of their department and work assignments.
- 3 years’ experience in project management or administrative assistance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and the use of Gantt charts
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Works independently and/or within a team environment. Handles confidential and non-routine information. Able to maintain confidence in managing a variety of confidential records. Able to problem solve and make informed decisions. Must be proactive in communicating and approaching issues and/or problems. Management of multiple ongoing projects from concept to billing.
Working alongside Accounting to ensure easy project billing cycles. Work closely with Chief Operations Officer for standard operation procedures. Has an excellent working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software and email (MS, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access DB, etc.). Continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must have the ability to multitask, self-start and manage time effectively.
Document preparation including emails, general correspondence, templates, preparation, and maintenance of guidelines, etc. Communication hub for mailings, phones, website, databases, and general management programs. Preparation of reports for management, both regular reporting and as requested. Research and purchase of supplies and inventory to assist operations.

- Logistics, Coordination, Project Planning, specific to any ITAD/Reclamation
- Oversee Planning and Logistics related to all ITAD/Reclamation projects
- Ensure all scheduling, logistics and coordination related to all ITAD/Reclamation projects
- Work with management and customer to ensure timely, professional meeting of the standards for scope and objectives are performed within agreed definitions and boundaries
- Maintain key relationships with customers, transportation carriers, S&R suppliers.
- Enhance and/or define department processes
- Participate and contribute to ensure success and implementation of various projects, tasks, and reports “to be defined” specific to this position
