We are looking for a seasoned HR Director with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR field, holding appropriate and active licenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and labor laws, with a good understanding of technology and its impact on HR, benefits, payroll, labor, and more. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage the HR department, oversee recruitment and hiring, and stay ahead of legal and tech trends affecting human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the HR department, setting and implementing strategies that support the company's growth while fostering a positive work environment.
· Stay informed on the latest technology trends and legal changes affecting HR, benefits, payroll, labor laws, and ensure the company's compliance.
· Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to hiring and onboarding new employees.
· Develop and oversee employee benefit programs, ensuring they are competitive and comply with legal requirements.
· Implement and manage ongoing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning.
· Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback mechanisms, to maintain high performance and employee satisfaction.
· Advise senior management on HR issues, strategies, and regulatory compliance.
· Oversee the administration of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise, and fostering a positive work environment.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and best practices.
· Manage and allocate the HR department's budget effectively.
· Supervise and mentor HR department staff, ensuring professional growth and departmental efficiency.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with proven leadership and HR management skills.
· Active HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of the technology sector and how it impacts HR practices.
· Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
· Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR technology tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
