Our Team Members work in productively in a fast-paced environment where they interact with guests and work closely with other team members. Team Members are responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties assigned by the restaurant management team. All employees get tips in addition to their hourly wage!
Dave’s Hot Chicken adds an upbeat vibe to the hospitality of a traditional chicken sandwich restaurant. With simple operations, DHC serves chicken sandwiches and tenders that explode with flavor. The unique branding and décor of DHC restaurants provides a fresh spot for people to gather. DHC is blowing up on the West Coast. With no doubt of the same strong demand in the RGV, we need bold leaders to get the DHC movement started.

Must Haves:
