Dave Sinclair CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Comptroller/Office Manager to join the management team. This person will oversee the dealerships day-to-day accounting operations while leading and managing a small team of personnel.
The Right Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualities
All candidates must have an Automotive Accounting background with in-depth experience in all aspects of retail accounting including receivables, payables, schedules, payroll, account analysis, manufacture incentives, journal entries, and monthly closings. A proactive, friendly, and can-do attitude is a must.

Job Requirements
* Experience managing a staff of 5 or more - with the ability to train each position
* Strong people skills - toward accounting, sales, and service staff
* Ability to pass background investigation and drug screen
* Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced dynamic environment
Duties And Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the dealership
* Prepare financial statements
* Develop and maintain effective cash management systems
* Reconcile monthly bank and inventory statements
* Strong PC skills
* Audit the balance sheets and schedules regularly, and address any possible liabilities or concerns
* Handle receivables/payables to and from 3rd party vendors
* Assist operations with dealership forecasting and budgeting
* Maintain internal controls to insure compliance with company policies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
