What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Host position at David Lloyd Leisure?
About the Role

As a Spa Host you will be acting as an ambassador for our beautiful spa retreats, welcoming members, ensuring they understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room, offering drinks, selling our spa well-being products and ensuring that the spa is always clean and tidy to the standards you would expect from a premium environment - both inside as well as the relaxing outside areas. You will be recommending and educating members on the various benefits of the spa experience, on spa etiquette and using your expert product knowledge to ensure that the member experience, usage and value for money is maximised.

What are we looking for in our Spa Hosts?
Ideally you will have some experience in a premium customer service environment but most importantly you will have a real passion for service and take pride in engaging with our members and delivering excellent customer service. You will be a great team player happy to share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and members alike. This is a great career opportunity for the right person and we offer great training opportunities and apprenticeships to progress.
