Requirement
- Active Insurance Producer License (Or willing to get licensed, we will train and pay for all licensing if needed)
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated to accomplish tasks on your own
- Work well as part of a team both within the department and agency
