REMOTE/HYBRID Position - New England Area
Customer Service responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Order Entry - Work in several different MFG systems to enter customer orders in a timely and accurate fashion
- General Price and Availability checks for our distributor partners
- Expedite Orders
- Answer phone calls and determine correct team member to assist the customer.
- Work with Inside and Outside Sales force to provide and maintain quality service levels to our customer that are above and beyond the norm for our industry
- Develop a general understanding of our manufacturer's products and services and have the ability to use that knowledge to sell products into the electrical distribution channel.
- Develop and Maintain relationships with our customer base.
- Work with the Inside and Outside Sales force to grow our business with all manufacturers that we represent.
- Maintain customer pricing, SPAs, and job quotes to keep customer base competitive in the market.
- Assist Inside Sales with securing competitive feedback to help keep our customer base market competitive.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data entry and customer service
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform outbound calling tasks effectively
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
