The role of Studio Merchandise Coordinator directly supports the Photography Studio Manager by providing merchandise planning, oversight, and status for all aspects of photography production and merchandise needs for David’s Bridal communications teams. They will maintain all photo samples, coordinates sample flow from turnover, style out, photo shoot, and retouching, working closely with merch assistants to track and catalog status and sample delivery. Essential Functions:Primary liaison with merchandise, retouching and web ops teams to plan and track sample status, ensure products seamlessly flow into and through the studio operation to shoot, retouch and release to web operations, maintaining on-site merchandise inventory, organization, status/accountability across all functions.Responsible for maintaining and communicating the weekly shot calendar, plans and effectively communicating adjustments that will impact product and/or final image delivery in aligned forums and processes.Report to Studio Manager to ensure proper integration of turnover, production and photography processes and requirements, partnering to ensure call sheets and shot lists are created, distributed to all on-site team membersPartner with Studio Manager and production team to ensure on-site shoots are effectively managed, protocols followed, talent usage forms secured/saved, and photography, styling teams are supportedExecute all PR sample requests. Pack, ship and track samples sent to media. Request allocations with merchants when applicable. Assist in responding to media requests for product samples or image requests.Maintain Frontline Fierce shoot planning database, partnering with PR lead to communicate shot needs, obtain talent product selects and allocate merchandise timed to shoot.Other duties as assigned.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Work Experience:1 - 2 years marketing experience in a retail environment.Skills and Abilities:Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.Must exhibit strong communication, time management and interpersonal skill with proven ability to prioritize time and handle multiple tasks.Must be able to quickly assess a challenge with ability to quickly move to action and accountability, while communicating with direct leader and internal, external partners.Retail experience preferred.Travel Requirements:Some Travel Required (1 – 2 times per quarter).
