David Street Station 501c3
We are a newly formed 501c3 with the sole purpose of operating and maintaining David Street Station in Casper, Wyoming. The Station is excited for this fresh start and we are looking for someone with high-energy to build lasting partnerships for David Street Station’s long-term success.
Vision: To be the destination for people to gather.
Mission Statement: To strengthen our community and its visitors by offering a vibrant gathering place that hosts a wide variety of events and activities.
The Executive Director is responsible for the daily operation of David Street Station, a private non-profit 501c3 organization.
Responsibilities:
· Grant writing, fundraising, and sponsorship opportunities are the main driver of David Street Station’s budget. This will be a critical responsibility of the Executive Director.
o Identify and target potential sources of investments into the organization
· Responsible for all aspects of financial management, including day-to-day financial operations, budget development, and financial monitoring and reporting
· Identify, recruit, train and develop a talented team of employees who can lead critical departments and manage strategic business functions
· Maintain a culture where communication, recognition and collaboration are high priorities
· Represent David Street Station at social and corporate events in ways that strengthen the brand communicate the company’s message
· Identify potential risks and opportunities within the organization and its environment to protect business interests
· Develop partnerships with donors, stakeholders, industry professionals and other relevant parties.
· Assist and partake in the development and execution of the Strategic Plan
· Reports directly to David Street Station’s Board Chair
Requirements:
· 3-5 years in Event Management or an Executive Director role or similar experience
· Must have an interest in Donor Relations
· Job Type: Full-Time, flexible work hours, with expectations to be at most large events (not required to be at every event)

Starting Salary: $70,000-$90,000 dependent on experience Bonus based on KPIs
