Responsibilities
- Communicate daily inspection results to global supplier network including documentation of and clarification of issues.
- Analyze Quality inspection data to compile and distribute Quality reports to designated vendors.
- Research and resolve special projects related to product and process quality.
- Assist Quality Management with documentation and administrative duties
- Assist team with testing Diamonds and Metals as needed
- Assist QA/QC Teams with inspections as needed
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position – jewelry industry preferred
- Knowledge of quality systems and tools
- Attention to detail with ability to work on long term and short term projects, including the ability to inspect merchandise for corrective action purposes as required
- Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills
- Strong experience with Excel spreadsheets required.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and inspection processes preferred
- Knowledge of ORACLE preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Salary : $61,100 - $77,300
