Auto Dealership Billing Clerk
Davidson Auto Group is seeking an energetic, positive and dynamic individual who is self motivated with a high level of organizational skills and an eye for detail. Accuracy and efficiency are key elements of this position. Candidate must have the ability to multitask and deal effectively with dealership personnel, be a team player and be very dependable. Pay: $18 per hour
Full Time hours include evenings & Saturdays: (Closed Sundays with an additional day off during the week)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process deal paperwork and verify compliance
- Prepare, submit and monitor funding of bank contracts.
- Effectively present information to dealership personnel.
- Contacts banks to obtain lien releases
- Maintain reports and/or logs of daily new and used deal activity.
- Work under pressure in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere.
- Ability to multitask.
- Complete motor vehicle registration paperwork
- Prepare title documents on a timely basis
- Record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Process incentives
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested,
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work successfully individually as well as on a team
- Excellent communication, organization skills
- Strong Computer Skills (Internet, MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Previous work experience using a computer, required
- Outstanding attention to detail, confidentiality, and must be organized
- A good work ethic and takes initiative
- Professional personal appearance.
- Valid driver's license is required
