- Maintain accurate records of fingerprinting sessions
- Provide excellent customer support and service during fingerprinting appointments
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all fingerprint data
- Assist with clerical tasks related to fingerprinting services
Qualifications
- Computer literacy with the ability to use digital fingerprinting equipment
- Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Experience in roles such as dental receptionist, personal assistant, or clerical positions is a plus
- Proficiency in calendar management for scheduling appointments
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
