RN Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Takes an active role in direct resident assessment and care.
2. Supervises and coordinates nursing personnel in providing direct resident care in adherence to state, federal and corporate guidelines.
3. Utilizes effectively the general principles of leadership and supervision.
4. Manages conflict through effective problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Acts calmly and efficiently in handling emergency situations.
6. Maintains accurate resident care records and documents pertinent data reflecting the use of the nursing process.
7. Attends and participates productively in the resident care meetings, staff meeting and in-services.
RN Qualifications:
Valid CT RN License
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour
