DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is an integrated care division of DaVita Inc. working on DaVita’s vision to provide integrated care to all ESRD patients, who are some of the most medically complex and vulnerable patient populations in the US. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing a team of RNs
• Collaborating with partnering physicians
• Working alongside nurse educators to develop and implement RN workflow
• Create best practices for patient and metric-driven success
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Required
• Preferred RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions
• 5 years of clinical management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience
• Preferred experience managing large physician groups
• Experience building out a team
• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook Required

Salary/ Wage Range

$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
