$75,200.00 - $110,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing a team of RNs
- Collaborating with partnering physicians
- Working alongside nurse educators to develop and implement RN workflow
- Create best practices for patient and metric-driven success
- Bachelors Degree Required
- Preferred RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions
- 5 years of clinical management experience leading and managing teams; managed care experience
- Preferred experience managing large physician groups
- Experience building out a team
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook Required
