MedSleuth is a transplant software company seeking to improve the experience and outcomes for kidney and liver transplant patients. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DaVita and has a dynamic, growing, and entrepreneurial team that is committed to increasing access to organ transplantation by innovating and creating greater connectivity between transplant candidates, transplant centers, physicians, and care teams.

MedSleuth is seeking a Designer, User Interface to drive the value of our organization by improving our design of the existing and soon to be implemented product suite. We are looking for candidates who share our passion for tackling complexity head-on and will help build platforms that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude, while building and supporting a world class team.

This person will:

• Develop effective user stories and detailed visual mockups to increase the value and clinical impact of our products
• Identify and prioritize improvements to design and performance
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
• Support QA and development teams to ensure successful product releases
• Engage with customers from front-line support requests to detail feedback and design sessions

What we’re looking for:

• Strongly preferred: Salesforce experience
  • Note: this may be the biggest limiting factor in our search - so need to decide if this is required or not
• Preferred experience:
  • Relevant work as a product designer
  • Agile, continuous development project work
  • Jira, Confluence, and Miro preferred

Summary of essential duties and functions:

• Designs, develops, and supports various applications in the IT and Clinical spaces
  • Visual designs
• Wireframes and prototypes
• Participates in design reviews to maintain consistency across multiple applications and guarantee adherence to requirements and standards
• Works with the QA for defect resolution
• Works with Development teams to implement designs
• Works with the team leads and/or project managers for planning, estimation, documentation, and status reporting
• Partners with Product Owner(s) and diverse stakeholders to understand requirements and reflect those in comps resulting in Product Owner approval
• Other duties as assigned

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
