Overview
This position will be responsible for driving results against key company initiatives, including teammate engagement and other special projects as needed. This position will support projects including: management of operational outcomes & design of programs to enhance performance, development & execution of business strategy, and marketing & communications to internal and external stakeholders. Through their work, the Manager will gain a strong understanding of the business and have exposure to senior leaders and teams across DaVita. The ideal candidate is ambitious, inquisitive, creative, analytical and results-oriented. Due to the fact-paced environment of the team, the ideal candidate should also be flexible, comfortable with ambiguity and a self-starter.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1.) Project Management:
- Manages projects from concept to execution, generally in a fast-paced environment
- Design project strategy and goals, measure outcomes and results
- Provide project management, leadership and support while executing project
2.) Strategy and Executive Communication:
- Develop communications material for Senior Leadership strategy meetings
- Collaborate as a thought-partner in designing company strategy
- Partner with team analyst to consolidate and synthesize analytics dashboards for senior leader report outs
3.) Special Projects
- Drive forward other special projects as they arise, leading project strategy, goals and execution
4.) Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Education
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience leading large-scale business strategy projects from concept through implementation with tangible result tracking.
- Experience building and presenting comprehensive communications/marketing strategy for senior audiences. (Preferred)

Salary/ Wage Range
$82,800.00 - $121,600.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
