POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for providing overall direction and guidance in executing the organization’s operational activities with the objective of maximizing growth, profitability and procedural standardization through day-to-day leadership. Serving as a liaison between the corporate office and field teams, the Marketing & Operations Manager will continue to maintain the Company’s success by utilizing strong leadership skills, ensuring the implementation of property management and marketing initiatives and valued expertise in company policies /procedures.
EXPERIENCE
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, real estate, or a related field.
· Minimum 2 – 3 years related multifamily experience.
· Strong financial and analytical background.
· Proficiency with Yardi Voyager property management software.
· Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
· A professional demeanor. The proven ability to interface, work closely, and collaborate with all levels of employees within an organization.
· High level of accuracy with all work documents and reporting. A keen attention to detail.
· A problem solver who recommends solutions to hurdles.
· Managing multiple projects at once
· Proven track record in gaining the confidence of executive management and business associates.
· The highest level of integrity and ethics in all business dealings.
· A stable work history and excellent references from past employers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operational Oversight
·Create, evaluate and critically examine processes, systems and policies to ensure maximum effectiveness and inclusivity. Develop organizational structures and systems that facilitate efficient and effective utilization of Company resources to achieve goals. Create thoughtful, integrated processes that involve key stakeholders. Makes recommendations/develop policies related to marketing, training and MIS programs, backed by analysis, understanding of market economics, and competitor review.
· Support on-site administrative functions by proactively confirming programs are on-track and deadlines are achieved (i.e., roll-out of new initiatives on owner schedule) and MIS functionality.
·- Provide strategic direction for multiple areas of business; set long-range direction and make high level decisions; propose and manage the implementation of complex and significant programmatic change; establish policies as needed.
Marketing
· SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
· Manage online review platforms (Yelp, Google)
· Assist in our online marketing campaigns and business development
· Develop strategy, manage, and report email marketing
· Execute marketing plan and strategies to drive interest and sales
· Develop and design advertising campaigns
· Maintain internet by updating company and property websites
· Tracking marketing analytics.
· Ordering collateral such as business cards and other print materials.
New Property Onboarding
· Supports management with management proposals for third-party management.
· Coordinates the transition of new properties. Ensures the proper set up of new properties into Yardi and other operational systems prior to going live.
Miscellaneous Analysis
· Assists President and Vice President with miscellaneous analysis and audits related to all aspects of multifamily operations, as needed.
· Participates in property acquisition and disposition process, providing support with due diligence, marketing analysis and budgeting.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
