Walmart Stocker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that products are organized and readily available for customers. Your role will contribute to the overall success of our store by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties:
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Verify the accuracy of delivered products by comparing them to the accompanying paperwork
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new merchandise
- Ensure that products are properly labeled and priced
- Use RF scanners to track inventory levels and update stock records
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information on pricing and availability
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, dusting, and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Skills:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail sales environment is preferred
- Familiarity with using RF scanners for inventory control is a plus
- Ability to load, unload, and move heavy items safely
- Proficient in operating a forklift or willing to learn how to operate one
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic math skills for cash register transactions and inventory calculations

Pay: $18.02 - $21.70 per hour
