Construction Estimating & Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Estimating & Procurement Manager to join our team in Charlotte, where you'll play a pivotal role in our innovative company. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimating & Procurement Manager opportunity include:

• Proficiency in purchasing, estimating, and project management
• Experience in coordinating with various trades and ensuring project progression
• Comprehensive understanding of project development and scheduling
• Manage procurement processes for materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring quality standards and cost-effectiveness
• Estimate costs for custom and production home projects by analyzing blueprints and specifications
• Coordinate construction activities in the field, including subcontractor management and material deliveries

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
