- Base Commission; first year total comp in the $50-80k range

- Build relationships with referral partners (real estate agents and mortgage lenders) and become a trusted resource for their title, closing, cyber security, settlement, and legal needs
- Conduct real estate closings - you get to be a part of one of the most important days that our clients experience!
- Build a bridge between our partners and our Closing Services teams who manage/ process real estate closings
- Attend and strategically participate in industry association events on a regular basis. (These are a lot of fun!)
- Attend business functions 2-3 times weekly - sometimes on weekends/evenings. (Also a lot of fun!)
- Get social (on social media) and provide value to your partners while showing them new ways to digitally market their business
- Manage your sales activity in our CRM to track your goals and big wins
- Collaborate with our corporate team on events, PR, and other initiatives
- Be proud to be a face of the company in your community! Focus on adding value, educating, and helping our industry be the best it can be
- Must have or obtain Ohio notary license within the first 30 days on the job
- Ability to work a varied schedule with some evening and weekend appointments as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Valid driver’s license
