Availability between 8:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday
Starts Tuesday, November 1st

What the position offers:
Will be required to work on Black Friday as well as either the Saturday or Sunday of the Thanksgiving weekend
Hybrid schedule once trained: Mon and Fri at home; Tues-Thurs in office (hybrid schedule starts 11/18)
Training schedule: Week 1 in office all 5 days; Week 2 (nesting) location TBD
Can work remotely anywhere, Mon 12/19-Fri 12/23 & Tu 12/27- Fri 12/30; Closed Mon 12/26 & Mon 1/2/23

What you’ll be doing:
Customer service (via phones) ONLY; no email/ chat & no escalation calls
Use a variety of methods to ensure that each customer is 100% delighted during every interaction by delivering a personal level of service
Through excellent verbal communication, you will create a legendary service experience in every interaction
Through your commitment and follow-up, you will deliver solutions and exceed customer expectations
You will provide creative solutions to engage with your customers’ individual needs by providing relevant recommendations
Demonstrate qualities representative of our unique culture with a strong appreciation for customer service, inclusiveness, and a casual hospitality
Actively listen to the customer, taking their request for product or services, and develop/present customer service solutions and/or suggest additional items, cross sell, & up sell
Provide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in system
Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all customer interactions
Maintain thorough knowledge of systems/resources so that information can be researched, and proper information is given to customer
Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services
Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators – i.e. Customer Satisfaction, Quality Assurance, Avg Handle Time

High school diploma or equivalent required
Some University or Post-secondary Education preferred
Customer service experience communicating with customers through various channels
Past retail or direct sales experience will be considered an asset
