Program Lead Analyst (PLA)
Summary
This contract is in support of the United States Army Reserve Headquarters to provide Analyst Support Services for the United States Army Reserve Headquarters.
Job Description
- Provide analytical support to Army Reserve Staff Directorates which includes, but is not limited to: force and resource readiness analysis, operational planning support and assessment of Army Reserve missions.
- Provide analytical support to the G-3/5 Plans Section.
- Provide analytical support to the Transformation Integration Office (TIO).
- The provided support shall primarily pertain to Force Generation; Resource Allocation; Army Reserve Transformation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in management or supervision and a minimum of four years of that experience shall have been in DoD Staff Leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Command and General Staff or Sergeants Major Academy Graduate
- 7 to 10 years of Army Reserve Experience
- Experience working at the Senior Staff
- Must have a Secret Clearance
