**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. Lawn equipment and small engine vehices
**Duties:**
Lawn Care:
Seed and treat lawns for weeds.
Pull weeds
Mow
Weedeat
Painting:
Be comfortable on ladders
Good with a roller and a brush
Building Maintainence:
Common area cleaning
Cleaning on tenant changover
General maintainence (Toilets, Sinks, Drains)
- Load and unload materials and move them to work areas
- Ability to use hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
