A Program Manager, Recruiting & Delivery is needed for a full-time, staff opportunity with Yoh. The Program Manager is responsible for providing operational support to Yoh Academy graduates post placement. This person engages graduates via continual reinforcement of the 'recruiter driven model' while overseeing and nurturing the transition into branches. The Program Manager partners with Branch/Local Managers to ensure engagement and reduce ramp-up time. They will support startup of new Specialty Practice branches throughout the US and assist in selection and onboarding of branch staff. The Program Manager monitors and reinforces execution and of proprietary startup process.

The Work You’ll Be Doing:

• Provides operational support to Academy graduates post placement. Engages graduates via continual reinforcement of the 'recruiter driven model' while overseeing and nurturing the transition into SPG branches. Partners with Branch/Local Managers to ensure engagement and reduce ramp-up time.
• Supports startup of new Specialty Practice branches throughout the US. Assists in selection and onboarding of branch staff. Monitors and reinforces execution and of proprietary startup process.
• Coordinates with Corporate Training to identify and schedule SPG SMEs speakers to identify, integrate, and deliver recruiting best practices into Academy curriculum.
• Partners to deliver and drive the 'Leads' program, candidate lead to client engagement.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5-8 years in the staffing industry

• Extensive experience in the staffing industry
• Extensive knowledge of sourcing and recruiting high quality candidates
• Prior experience managing people or teams
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and work assignments
