Our Position: We are currently seeking a School Psychologist to conduct psychological assessments for children ages 2 years, 6 months to age 21 for the purpose of determining initial and continued eligibility for services.
This position also involves:
Conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs); develops documents, and monitors behavioral support programs for students; works closely with classroom and therapeutic staff in the implementation of such supports
Provides case consultation to direct service staff & in-service training upon request
Participates in/conducts social skills training groups & parent support group activities.
Our Rate of Pay: This is a Salaried-Exempt position
Our Requirements:
Certified School Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Psychologist that meets the New York State Department of Education regulations.
PLUS
Must have experience in assessing young children and adults who are or may have a developmental disability; must have good writing skills and must be able to communicate effectively with both parents and staff.
