Job Summary:

Do you have a passion for the life sciences industry and a knack for finding top talent?

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team as a Full Desk Recruiter focused on the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors. In this position, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with key clients, identifying top performers, and driving successful placements for critical roles within our client companies. You are responsible for generating new business opportunities for Dayfoxx Resources. This position will be responsible for cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, Indeed networking, referrals, and all other conceivable methods of lead generation.

Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical - Full Cycle Recruiting

Possess a deep understanding of Life Science/Pharmaceutical roles, technologies, and trends, enabling them to identify and engage exceptional candidates to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to on-boarding, ensuring that we continue to build a high-performing and diverse Healthcare team.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to conducting interviews and on-boarding for both internal and external staff
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and make strategic hiring decisions.
 
Account Management:
You will be a point-of-contact for several accounts providing performance data, follow-up, candidate feedback, and relationship-building.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
May need to resolve time sheet discrepancies, performance issues, and terminations.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
3 years' experience in Life Sciences recruitment.
2 years' experience in a staffing agency environment is highly preferred.
1 Proficiency in ZoomInfo, CRM, ATS, and LinkedIn products highly preferred.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
