As a Front Desk Agent you will play a pivotal role in shaping our guests' first impression and ensuring their overall satisfaction. You will be the face of our hotel, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere while performing a variety of essential tasks, including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Check-in and checkout procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Managing guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Processing payments, including cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
  • Resolving guest issues in a courteous and diplomatic manner.
  • Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
