Job Description

JOB TITLE: Warehouse Associate

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for pulling, packing, and verifying item quality for shipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pulls products from stock and packs items according to standard procedures to ensure quality control.
  • Assembles hardware kits for stock.
  • Maintains a clean and safe environment by sweeping, breaking down boxes, and returning carts to proper area.
  • Restocks merchandise/packing materials and assists with organization of warehouse.
  • Helps co-workers with daily operations.
  • Attains forklift certification.
  • OJT for building coil overs.

ATTENDANCE:
Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks; where applicable.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
