At DAYTA Marketing, we provide a full suite of marketing services through a fractional model. To execute a data-supported strategy and satisfy marketing objectives, it takes a team. Role and Responsibilities:
- Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to support execution of awareness based lead generation programs.
- Project manage the various components of the marketing strategy including company website updates, print, presentations, educational material, social media, etc.
- Meet with internal team, vendors/partners to identify tasks and deadlines for marketing and sales strategies.
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines and collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing assets
- Events
- Research speaking and partnership (i.e. trade associations) opportunities for sales and marketing to call on.
- Plan, coordinate and communicate event logistics to the DAYTA Team, vendors, and to both attendees and potential attendees.
- Preparation of speaking engagements; create draft presentations and speech/script writing assistance.
- Work closely with leadership to analyze, track, and report on event ROI.
- Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.

Corporate Marketing requirements and qualifications
This is a strategic execution role that works directly with the Founder, Marketing Communications Director and VP Sales to execute an aggressive sales and marketing events roadmap.
- Support and enhance the mission, vision and values of DAYTA Marketing
- 3 years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement.
- Ability to work well in a majority remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong organization, prioritization and communication skills. Ability to display this during the interview process will be critical.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, design, event management or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Ideal candidates have excellent organizational skills, are flexible in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly problem-solve.
This job is based in St. Cloud, MN with remote flexibility. Travel will be required as a part of this role.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
