- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong technical sales knowledge
- Experience with wireless sales is preferred
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional customer service practices
- Ability to sell products effectively by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.39 - $20.28 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
