DB Roberts is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support a variety of marketing and sales activities in a dynamic and challenging environment. This individual will support the Marketing Manager and will have the opportunity to collaborate with individuals across the organization, in different departments and at different levels. Key Responsibilities:
- Support social media marketing campaigns and reporting
- Assist in the development and distribution of press releases and news announcements
- Review incoming marketing inquiries and route to the appropriate sales department
- Support sales requests for literature, promotional items, business cards, and digital files
- Review and monitor manufacturer and third-party marketing sites
- Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns
- Manage company on-hold messages
- Support sales team account management and reporting
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar to skilled at Microsoft Office programs, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience using digital tools, including a CRM system, email platform, social media planning/scheduling tools, and analytic tools.
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Skills:
- Provide ideas and input on process improvement.
- Must be thorough with a critical eye in review of materials.
- Take ownership of projects and produce consistent results.
- Understanding of B2B strategy and distribution is beneficial, but not required.
- Understanding of fasteners and hardware is beneficial, but not necessary.
