We are growing and looking for a Quality Auditor to join our team.
DBG Arkansas, LLC is a full-service organization that is committed to providing our customers with exceptional quality, on-time delivery, and cost-saving opportunities. Our operations in Conway, Arkansas include metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process. A concept to finished products company providing parts and sub-assemblies to our customers. Approximately 100,000 square feet of floor space and 50 acres are utilized for fabrication operations. An additional 350,000 square feet is available for future business growth.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as quality inspector in sheet metal fabrication environment
- Must be self-motivated, levelheaded and a confident decision maker (reject/accept).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to read and interpret part and assembly blueprints/drawings, bill of materials and work instructions. Use various measuring devices and gauges.
Responsibilities:
- Performs and documents scheduled product and quality system’s audits. Engages area supervisors and operators making sure control plans and product audits are performed and documentation is up to date.
- Implements containment actions to correct quality problems and prevent their recurrence.
- Works with MEIE and Manufacturing to assure processes are capable of producing required output.
