Job Title: BMS Testing Specialist
Location: Peoria, Illinois
Primary Responsibilities:
Testing and Development of Automated test applications for Industrial, Automotive & Aerospace products.
Competency expectations: (Experience 6-8 yrs)
Qualification - B.E. Electrical
- Design and Development of PXI, CDAQ and CRIO based Data Acquisition Systems with NI platform and HIL (Hardware in Loop) systems development by using the Vector tools.
- BMS Software Validation through HIL Test system
- Skilled in System architecture, design and development of Test Automation projects by using National instruments, Vector VT hardware and software’s.
- Extensive experience in Black box testing with embedded applications, automated test applications for various test equipment, Embedded Semiconductor Test Equipment (ATE), Test and Measurement Instruments, Automotive ECU HIL Testing.
- Implementing and incorporating various test communication protocols.
- Test case design, Test case reviews, System Integration activities and preparation of modules, integration and system test/ verification plans and testing of electronic control systems.
- Experience in carrying out different types of testing viz., Functional testing, GUI Testing, stress testing and system testing
Tools Expertise:
Software: LabVIEW, Test stand, Veristand, LabVIEW RT
Hardware: PXI RT-Controller, PXI CAN/LIN card, Relay card, BON test fixture, Battery devices and Power supply devices
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per hour
