Job Description

Want to join a winning team building one-of-a-kind, high-end custom homes, barns, arenas, wedding venues and other amazing buildings? Our fast-growing design/build construction firm is looking for talented carpenters to join our crews.

This job is on-site in Damascus, OR.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work on-site at our Headquarters in Damascus, OR Monday-Friday.
• 2 years of experience in carpentry is preferred.
• Ability to perform rough and finished carpentry work on a variety of structures.
• Willingness to learn. Our projects are most likely a bit different than your typical framing projects so come ready to learn!
• Exposed post and beam experience is a plus, but basic framing knowledge is required.
• Attention to detail is a must! While we do have a fast-paced work environment, we do not sacrifice quality for speed and all of our crew members will be held accountable for the quality of their work.
• Strong work ethic and high character.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Must work well with others and be self-motivated. Our crews spend a lot of time together on the road so good people skills are needed.
• Must have reliable transportation
  
  

We are also interested in acquiring crews of 2 to 6 workers for local as well as out-of-state work.

Compensation is competitive and dependent on experience, with healthcare, dental, and retirement benefits available after 30 days of employment.
