Controller job opportunity in Camarillo, CA with a progressive manufacturing company offers growth, great benefits, stability, and challenges in their fast growing manufacturing industry segment! Company manufacturers products for small customers to the Fortune 500 in many different industries. We are seeking to hire a full time on-site employee in the position of Controller for our mid-sized manufacturing client. You will be a progressive hands on manager over a staff of 4 accountants in A/R, A/P, Credit, and be responsible for all General Ledger, Financial Statements, reports, and reconciliations. Successful candidate should have 8-10 years of experience as a general accountant, 4-5 years of manufacturing accounting experience, with at least 4-5 years of formal management/supervision over an accounting department as a Controller. A BS in Accounting or Finance is required, and a CPA would be a plus. Be ready to assume more responsibilities as the company grows. You should also have 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing or printing industry, as this would be vital to their growth. Base salary is in the $150-170K range with excellent benefits.
