Inventory Specialist

Our Inventory Specialist will be assisting the Packaging and Processing Manager with inventory control as it relates to finished inventory units being pulled for outbound deliveries.

Your role in caring for our plants:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Pulling of all inventory related items, including non-cannabis items, that are reflected on LeafLink invoice
• Pulling of proper certificates of analysis (COA's) for all outbound products
• Verifying compliance of all packages before pulling
• Participate in all Vault Inventory Audits
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications we ask you to have:

• For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
• You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
• You will be asked to pass a drug screen following procedures set forth in COMAR 17.04.09.04-.08.
• We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.

• Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a high production environment!

• This role will ask that you sit, walk, bend, and reach throughout your entire shift. There may be days where you stand the entire day, sit the entire day, etc. Please be flexible as needs will change.
• This role is similar to an assembly line in that it will be completing repetitive tasks throughout the day.
• You will be asked to carry loads of up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• This position requires arm extending, and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects such as leaves.
• As this is a cannabis growing facility, there will be strong odors, bright lights, and various noises throughout the workday.
• Employees are asked to wear scrubs, masks, gloves, and hairnets while working with the plants. DCM will provide scrubs, gloves, and hair nets to all employees
